As a Knoxville native, I, Julia Beers am a senior studying graphic design at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. I've had a creative passion from a young age and a love of reading; these two combined into a love of book design. In high school I found out that UT offered a fantastic graphic design program, I decided to apply, having lived here my whole life I didn't even need a tour of the campus. With the time I spend at UTK I would like to build a strong portfolio to launch my career in publishing and book design.
